Did you submit your website in Bing using the submit page http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx ?

You can do two things to reduce the time required to get your site included in Bing indexes:

First, create an XML sitemap and insert the following rule in your robots.txt file to instruct crawler about your sitemap location:

Sitemap: http://www.domain.com/sitemap_url.xml

Then increase your link popularity :)
