Some differences were visible, but only for a few positions. I think this is an upgrade to improve Google clusters and data centers performances, very soon on these servers will run browsers & operating systems. IMHO

The Google Caffeine Sandbox is no longer available but Matt Cutts confirmed that Caffeine is live 50% of the time in the 209.85.225.103 data center.

Hi guys, I would like to show you an interesting recent video by Matt Cutts about Google Caffeine...
The second ingredient that Matt discussed is the importance of site speed.

I tried the sandbox the same week it was unveiled but I didn't notice any visible difference with the standard version. :|
